Design and screen print your own t-shirt by hand! This workshop will cover the basics of screen printing a one layer/one color print. We will take inspiration from nature, or anything you’re excited about. In the first class we will create our designs and coat screens with emulsion. In the second and third classes you will expose your screens, learn to print, and heat set your t-shirts. Expect a communal atmosphere of helping and learning from each other (one student prints at a time). If you prefer working digitally, please bring your ipad or laptop. Otherwise just bring your ideas and you will create your stencils by hand. Follow this link to learn more and register (through the Textile Art Center)
